  • HOTEL POLICY

    OUTSIDE CATERING

    We do not allow any outside food or beverage
    (with the exception of wedding cakes).
    Please see your Catering Manager for further details.


    OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS

    The Hotel offers all services necessary for a successful meeting but if you find it necessary to use outside services, any contractors, subcontractors, vendors, individuals and groups hired by or on behalf of your group shall be subject to our prior approval and the group will be fully responsible for the actions of any Contractor.


    INCLEMENT WEATHER

    In the event of 40% or higher rain forecast, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate your event to a more suitable indoor space. This “weather decision” will be made at the hotel’s sole discretion 6 hours prior to your event start time.


    PACKAGES AND STORAGE

    Arrangements for delivery of packages should be made through your hotel contact. You must prepay all packages sent to the Hotel. Décor can be stored for up to two days prior to the event. Please contact your sales team for any adjustments to this.
