Hurricane Helene Update: Reopening Information

We are happy to announce that starting Friday, October 4th, Hotel Zamora will be accepting guest arrivals. However, please be aware that several resort amenities are still unavailable, including Castile Restaurant, the 360 Rooftop, the pool, hot tub, docks, and The Pool Bar. Additionally, the elevator from the first to the second floor is out of service, so guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs.

Elevators from the second to the fourth floor are fully operational.

We are working diligently to restore all services as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time. Your safety and comfort remain our top priority, and we look forward to welcoming you despite these temporary limitations.

While construction is underway, we want to reassure you that most amenities and services* are fully operational, ensuring your stay remains seamless and enjoyable. *Castile restaurant, valet parking, 24-hour front desk service, pet-friendly rooms, private dining rooms, banquet room and event spaces, high-speed wifi, and more will continue to be fully operational and available for guest use. The gym, 360 Rooftop and Lounge, boat slips, pool and pool bar, hot tub, kayaks, beach cruisers, EV charging stations, beach access, and ATMs are currently closed.
