Q: Will a ceremony rehearsal be scheduled?
A: Our sales team is happy to arrange a rehearsal for you. Rehearsal times and locations can be confirmed two weeks prior to your wedding.
Q: Do I need a wedding planner?
A: To ensure your rehearsal, ceremony, and all personal details are executed as planned; a professional wedding coordinator is mandatory for all ceremonies and receptions. We are happy to provide a list of recommended vendors.
Q: Will I have a menu tasting?
A: Once an event is confirmed and deposit received, we can set up your tasting appointment for any events with 50 guests or more. These appointments are scheduled a maximum of two months prior to your wedding date and are scheduled Tuesday-Thursday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm. We recommend tastings 3-4 months out.
Q: Can I have a beach ceremony?
A: Yes! The Hotel Zamora does not host beach ceremonies on site, but we work with several great vendors that can provide a beach ceremony.
